The Awutu Mankessim REACH (Rural Education and Communications Hub) Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Centre in the central region of Ghana is officially operational.
Yesterday we held our first Skype session with students and teachers from one of the schools in the community. This followed the successful installation of a system connected to the Africasat satellite. The schools in the area are interested in three areas, including culture, agriculture and health issues, which creates ample exchange and collaboration opportunities for interested people and organizations on both continents.
