Essau P. Pwelle is a co-founder of Praxis Solutions (T) Ltd. He is an African Banjoist and traditional artist, lecturer, historian, and artist educator. He also co-Founded of Kei Tours and Safaris Ltd based in Arusha, and overseeing all operations, tourism promotion, program writing, and start-up projects writer for small scale hotels, hostels and lodges. Currently he has been working with Build a Better Tomorrow Youth Initiative (BBT-YI) Tanzania Government program for the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries as well as Praxis Africa being the implementer of several projects; including fish caging farms, seaweed women farms in Zanzibar Island, etc Essau has a pending certification/degree in hospitality, travel and tourism profession from Penn Foster College Washington, DC school of the United States Department of Agriculture, for the graduate certificate program of 2005 as an Administrative Office Management of a 3-month course.
