Jean de Dieu

Tshileu Mudimba Jean de Dieu is the Executive Director and Founder of the Congo Village School Project, bringing over 13 years of experience in rural community development, education, and business development. His expertise extends to child protection, gender equality, peacebuilding, the "Do No Harm" approach, and conflict sensitivity.

Tshileu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in Finance and Sociology from Eastern Mennonite University, Harrisonburg, VA (2007), where his thesis was titled “Way Out of Poverty.” Known for his positive attitude and boundless energy, he inspires those around him to work hard and succeed.

Outside of work, Tshileu enjoys reading, playing tennis, jogging, swimming, and basketball. He is also deeply interested in photovoltaic technology as an alternative energy source. Tshileu currently resides in Mbujimayi, in the Kasai-Oriental province.
