Michelle Kurian

Michelle Kurian is the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of The Harvest Fund, an organization dedicated to improving the livelihoods of female farming cooperatives in Zambia. In her role, Michelle oversees the administrative, operational, and strategic functions of the organization, driving its mission to empower women in agriculture.

With an extensive background in smallholder technology, policy, and agricultural extension, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Duke University and a Master's in Business Administration from Columbia University. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her ability to think creatively, has positioned her as a visionary leader in the agricultural development sector.
